What's Included with Online Training?
- Starting Online Training: We'll have a video call, and you'll fill in a lifestyle and training history questionnaire. I'll use the information from this to create your own training program
- Full Bespoke Training Plan: You’ll receive a customised training program tailored to your goals and needs. Every client is assigned a customised training plan tailored to their specific needs, and no two clients receive the same program. I’ll make adjustments to your program as you go when needed. Most people don't follow any program, and they don't know how to make adjustments as they go. I will do all this for you. You won't ever have to worry about whether what you're doing in the gym is helping you or not
- Access to my Training App: You'll have access to my training app, where you can track all things related to your training, nutrition, and lifestyle. You can message me through the app, send videos, and fill in check-ins. This keeps everything in one place.
- Daily Lifestyle Habits Targets: We’ll set lifestyle habit targets for you that will be tracked on your app. These could be things like how much sleep you get, how much alcohol you drink, or how many steps you take a day. Your habits outside the gym are just as important, and you'll receive support with this
- A Daily and Weekly Check-In: These are done in the app. This allows you to let me know how you’re progressing and any issues you’re experiencing. I’ll always respond and help come up with a solution. You won’t be left alone outside of your sessions. During the weekly check-in, we’ll review all training and lifestyle-related matters. It's also an opportunity to give me feedback and let me know how else I can help.
- Upload Form Videos to the App: You can send me videos of you performing exercises so I can review your technique on your exercises and offer suggestions to improve your form.
- Monthly Video Calls: These go with the check-ins on the app. We'll have regular chats where we go through everything. Sometimes it's easier and quicker to discuss it on a call than to have to go back and forth via message in the app.
- Help with Your Nutrition: If you need it, I’ll set you nutrition targets that can be tracked through the training app. The nutritional aspect is often where people struggle. If this is the case with you, I can help you.
- Support 7 Days a Week. You can contact me at any time for support or if you have any questions.
