Is Personal Training for you?
I've trained a variety of clients, all with different goals. Male and female, from 10 to 75 year old people, obese, underweight. I've had clients who had torn their rotator cuff, had bad knees, bad back, diabetes, lupus, and recovering from a stroke. The majority of my clients come to me as beginners to the gym and are over 40 years old. Don't put starting personal training because you think you're too old, or will struggle as you 've never done anything like this before and think you'll struggle. The majority that start with me were in the same position.

What's included with personal training?
- 1-2-1 sessions. Where I'll ensure you can do the exercises correctly, safely and progress you towards your goals.
- Full workout plan. Every client is given their own training plan designed to fit their needs and goals. None of my clients are given the same program. I'll teach you every part of your training program, You'll know exactly what you'll be doing before your sessions with me, and for when you're training on your own. You'll learn how to do every lift safely and effectively.
- Nutrition Coaching
- Habit Coaching.
- Regular diet reviews.
- Regular lifestyle reviews.
- Regular progress review.
- Support 7 days a week. You can contact me at any time for support or if you have any questions. If you become a member at the gym you'll see me there most of the time.

Personal training isn't just for people in their twenties and I'm very experienced at training people 40 and over Real World Fitness gym has higher average age compared to other gyms making it perfect for you to train. Fed up of overcrowed gyms? We keep our membership down so that the gym isn't ever overcrowded. You won't have to wait for equipment or have people rushing you to finish the exercise you're doing. This means you'll always be able to follow the program that you're doing.
