1-2-1 sessions. Where I'll ensure you can do the exercises correctly, safely and progress you towards your goals.
Full workout plan. Every client is given their own training plan designed to fit their needs and goals. None of my clients are given the same program. I'll teach you every part of your training program, You'll know exactly what you'll be doing before your sessions with me, and for when you're training on your own. You'll learn how to do every lift safely and effectively.

Regular diet reviews.
Regular lifestyle reviews.
Regular progress review.
Support 7 days a week. You can contact me at any time for support or if you have any questions. If you become a member at the gym you'll see me there most of the time.
All your training and nutrition needs, and all the support you need outside of your face-to-face time, is included in your rates.
Personal training clients also get a free outdoor group session every 10am every Sunday for free (Normally £5).
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy If you can't make your session you need to let me know before 10pm the day before. You will be charged if you cancel after this.
Refunds If a refund on 10 and 20 sessions is given, any sessions you have already had will be charged at £55 for each session and not the discounted price.
When you're late for a session You'll lose the time as I'll often have clients back to back and won't be able to stay later to make up the time. I recommended arriving early so you warm up before your session.
Sessions have to be paid for when the session is booked All sessions have to be paid for when booked and not on the day. The session won't be booked and confirmed until payment has been recieved.
