What's included?
1-2-1 sessions. Where I'll ensure you can do the exercises correctly, safely and progress you towards your goals.
- Full workout plan. Every client is given their own training plan designed to fit their needs and goals. None of my clients are given the same program. I'll teach you every part of your training program, You'll know exactly what you'll be doing before your sessions with me, and for when you're training on your own. You'll learn how to do every lift safely and effectively.
- Nutrition Coaching
- Habit Coaching.
- Regular diet reviews.
- Regular lifestyle reviews.
- Regular progress review.
- Support 7 days a week. You can contact me at any time for support or if you have any questions. If you become a member at the gym you'll see me there most of the time.
The free consultation is chance for you to come in for a chat and to have a look around the gym before deciding if you want to start having personal training.
