Seal Rows
What are the benefits of the Seal Row?
It works the upper back and the lats. One of the main benefits of the seal row is you can't use momentum and it forces you to use strict form as your body is pressed against the bench.
It's always a good way to work your upper back without working the lower back like an exercise like the barbell row. When you're doing squats, deadlifts, Romanian deadlift, and overhead presses you'll already be doing a lot of lower back work and it becomes easy to overwork it.
You'll will need a high enough bench to do the exercise. . At Real World Fitness, we have a bench specifically made to do seal rows on.
It can be done with either dumbbells or barbells.

- Row the bar until it hits the bench and then lower it. That's one rep.
