How I will help you achieve your goal
- I'll design a program that is tailored to your own specific needs and goals. None are every on the same program.
- I'll teach you every part of your training program and how to perform every exercise. You'll know exactly what you'll be doing before your sessions with me, and for when you're training on your own.
- Provide all the support you need during and outside our sessions. I'm in the gym nearly every day and my clients text or call me if they need to talk or if they have any questions.
- You will be part of a close-knit, friendly and supportive gym environment.

- 1-2-1 sessions. Where I'll ensure you can do the exercises correctly, safely and progress you towards your goals.
- Full workout plan. Every client is given their own training plan designed to fit their needs and goals. None of my clients are given the same program. I'll teach you every part of your training program, You'll know exactly what you'll be doing before your sessions with me, and for when you're training on your own. You'll learn how to do every lift safely and effectively.
- Nutrition Coaching
- Habit Coaching.
- Regular diet reviews.
- Regular lifestyle reviews.
- Regular progress review.
- Support 7 days a week. You can contact me at any time for support or if you have any questions. If you become a member at the gym you'll see me there most of the time.
Real World Fitness Gym
Real World Fitness is a small gym based In Colwick
Real World Fitness is as far away from what you would experience at a commerical gym as a gym can be.
We're a female friendly gym. 50% of our members are female, which is rare in a weight lifting gym and you won't be harrased by men here. We have a much older gym membership compared to the average commerical gym and we don't have groups of teenagers taking up equpiment.
We limit the number of members to 150 so that the gym is never very busy. Unlike most gyms, you won't have to wait for equipment during peak times as normally there is only 5 to 10 people in thje gym at the busiest times. If you come during the day there will normally be only 1 to 4 people training.
