Low to High Cable Crossover
The low-to-high cable crossover is an excellent isolation exercise for the chest that focuses on the upper chest. The benefits of using cables instead of dumb#bells is you get constant tension throughout the whole movement.
How to do a Low to High Cable Crossover
- Set the two pulleys in the bottom position
- Hold the handles with your palms facing forward and your upper arms (humerus) at about a 30-degree angle away from your sides.
- Using your upper chest to pull your arms up and in so they come together around the height of your nose.
The path of the handles will form an upside-down V. Perform every rep slowly and under control, and don't use momentum.
