The Hammer Strength inline press was a struggle today. I think was due to not having enough calories over the weekend. The rest of the session was okay. I progressed on the chest-supported row in the second and third sets. I’ll get more reps on the first set next time as well. Today was the first time I’ve tried the Hammer Strength decline press at this gym. I've got seven clients today, but I'm making sure I get enough calories in today. My training has completely changed in recent years. I’ve stopped all barbell exercises, and my training is much more bodybuilding-focused. I don’t see myself ever lifting heavy with the barbell again. I turn 42 years old in a week, and I feel better than ever, and I’m enjoying my training, making progress, and don’t have any aches and pains. I'm currently doing a Arnold spilt.
