20/10 x 8 - 70.7 (This was horrible!!)
Pretty good session. I had a slight niggle on my right knee on the last rep of squats. My knee has felt good for a while, so hopefully it's not anything major. I used to have a really good squat and would like to build it back up, but I'm at the stage where I'll happy skip it if it continues to cause me problems.
I made progress on all my lifts which I'm happy with.
