What's Included With Personal Training?
- 1-2-1 Sessions: Where I'll ensure you can do the exercises correctly, safely and progress you towards your goals.
- Full Workout Plan: A customised training program based on your goals and needs. Every client is given their own training plan designed to fit their needs and goals. None of my clients are given the same program. I'll teach you every part of your training program, You'll know exactly what you'll be doing before your sessions with me, and for when you're training on your own. You'll learn how to do every lift safely and effectively.
- I’ll make adjustments to your program as you go. There will often be a need to make adjustments to your training program because of not enjoying specific exercises, changes to your life, you’re not making progress, feeling run down or injuries. I will do this straight away when needed.
- Training App: You'll have access to my training app.
- Nutrition Coaching:
- Regular Lifestyle Reviews.I’ll help you develop good habits outside of the gym as well. We’ll set targets and track your nutrition, sleep, stress, and general lifestyle and find ways to make improvements over time
- Regular Progress Review.
- Support 7 Days a Week. You can contact me at any time for support or if you have any questions. If you become a member at the gym you'll see me around the gym.
