Saturday 9/10/21 - Pull Day - Cycle 11
Good improvement on the t bar row and one arm pull down. I've never pushed weighted chin ups before. 25kg is the heaviest I done on chin ups. I'm aiming for 35kg x 5 with my bodyweight being slightly higher by the end of the year. I would like to be able to curl 40kg x 15. I've always been awful at curls.
Thursday 7/10/21 - Push Day - Cycle 11
I did add another rep to the 120kg set, but it felt easier than before and I added more to both the 110kg and 100kg sets. By the end of the year I want 120kg x 7 and 130kg x 3. Shouldn't have a problem with either of them.
Wednesday 6-10-21 - Leg Day - Cycle 11
Trap bar deadlift
Added another rep to my 212kg trap bar deadlift. My best is 212kg x 11, so I'm still a bit off my best but it's coming back very quickly. I want 212kg x 12 and 232kg x 7 and by the end of the year..
I've added a bit more to the leg press as well. The main thing is my knee is holding up well to both. As long as this continues I'll hit my end of year targets.
I've decided not to start squatting again even though my knee feels fine. Training is going well at the moment and I don't want to change much. The leg press will help build back the quad muscle I've lost.
