I haven't updated the log for a while.
My knee is back to normal again and I've been squatting again. Worked up to 200kg for an easy 3. Still off my best of 7 reps, but I'm happy how quickly it has come back. I won't be squatting for a little while again now.
My main goal will to be my bodyweight well over 90kg again. I'm currently at 87kg. I'll also be doing more cardio and lifting weights 5 days a week. This will be tough and I'll need a lot of calories. I'll be recording my calories on here.
Trap bar deadlift - Ramp to a top set of 6
RDL - Top set of 8 reps
Leg press - Top set x 12
GHR - 4 x 12
Reverse hyper 4 x 25
(sometimes I'll do hip thrusts)
Day 3 - Lower body day
Trap bar deadlift - Top set of 8
Hip thrusts - 4 x 8
Glute ham raise - 4 x 12
Day 4 - Push
DB overhead press
Day 5 - Pull
